Raven Recovers

Raven developed a couple of huge lumps on her flank. When she licked them raw I took her to the vet. He checked her white blood count to see if she had an infection (no), thought it was most likely not cancer and thought maybe it was something she ate working its' way out from her intestine. She's on antibiotics which she takes easily. The part she didn't like, her Elizabethian collar. After a while the vet said to let her lick her wound, which had opened up by this point, as long as she didn't get too agressive. It is a couple weeks later now and is mostly healed! The children had to sign her "cast".
