Peel, Slice and Core

Last harvest season my mom sent this kitchen tool. I thought it was one of those gimmicks that work and then break, or don't really work to begin with, but not this workhorse. Last year we processed bushels and bushels of apples and it is still going strong. I LOVE this tool! The boys decided to maximine their effort and added some power.
