Scenes from Kansas

I was hoping to see a field of sunflowers, after all they are the Kansas state flower. We saw edges of fields with wild sunflowers, but no fields of cultivated sunflowers. As we drove along we saw cool silhouettes of a Pony Express Rider and Native American Indians. We also drove through the small town that was home to Pony Express Home Station No. 1.
