We have two trees, a tabletop one in the bonus room and a six foot one in the parlor. White lights on the one in the parlor and colored lights on the one in the bonus room. No blinking lights here! I love to collect ornaments. Each child gets an ornament in their stocking. I try to buy one that reflects something special from the previous year. We make an ornament each year as well. When the children grow up and have their own homes they will have a box of Christmas ornaments to start with.
