Zuchinni Crisp


We had an abundance of zuchinni this year. One night I made this crisp using zuchinni. It tasted like apple crisp and the 9 x 9 pan was too small. Speaking of apple crisp, I forgot to mention when we were peeling, coring and slicing apples we blanched and froze some in pie or crisp measurements. We have 22 pies or crisps just waiting to be baked. We made and ate several fresh apple pies and crisps while the apples were still on the trees.
