Squash Harvest

We grew zuchinni and yellow crookneck which are summer squash. We grew orange, green and blue hubbard, acorn, and spaghetti which are all winter squash. The summer squash have thin skins and are eaten right away. The winter squash have thick skins and will last until winter, hence their name.
