What to do with a bumper crop of Dandelions?

Harvest them and eat them, of course. Big Sister kept asking me to prepare the dandelions. So, I checked the internet for recipes and ta da, Dandelion Salad and Fried Dandelion Blossoms. With the addition of eggs, bacon and dressing the salad tasted much like a spinach salad. The blossoms tasted like Funnel Cake from the fair, well they should after frying them and sprinkling them with powdered sugar. . .Daddy has put an end to our Dandelion harvest however, with weed killer.
